Agency privacy notice
Clear about the information we use.
Last updated October 17, 2026. This notice applies to agency.digitaladspartner.com.
Information collected
If you request a consultation, we collect the information entered in the form: name, work email, company, website, country, service interest, advertising-spend range, current CRM or automation tool, project context, optional phone number and your consent timestamp. Permitted campaign parameters may be retained with the request to understand how the enquiry reached the site.
We do not intentionally store your IP address, Turnstile token or a browser fingerprint in the lead database.
Why it is used
The information is used to assess the request, arrange a consultation, prepare an appropriate scope, prevent abuse and maintain a reliable record if the notification email fails. It is not used to make automated eligibility decisions.
Storage and retention
Consultation requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and removed after 90 days through scheduled cleanup. A notification is sent to the Digital Ads Partner business inbox. Information may be retained longer only when needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation or the resolution of a request.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics may be used to understand aggregate site use. UK visitors are asked before analytics loads. Visitors elsewhere can change the choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Global Privacy Control is treated as a request to disable analytics. Advertising signals and personalized-ad features are disabled at launch.
Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Essential local or browser storage may be used for security and to remember the analytics choice.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, spam protection, database storage and transactional notification delivery. Google provides analytics when enabled. The business inbox is hosted by Zoho. These providers process limited information according to their respective services and terms.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with a consultation request. Use the consultation form, choose “Privacy request,” and describe what you need. This channel also handles questions about this notice.
